Our skilled instructors have been carefully selected for their expertise in the relevant fighting schools and their experience. Not only will your instructor be a skilled fighter themselves, but they’ll also know how to teach effectively so that you can gain from their knowledge.
However, we encourage all of our MMA students to focus not only on becoming proficient in a range of fighting styles including those listed, but also to become extremely fit. To fight, you’ll need endurance and strength. Our instructors will be able to offer you advice and tips for increasing your overall strength and level of fitness so that you can last longer in a fight situation.
A well rounded MMA fighter can equally handle fighting while standing and ground fighting. So, we encourage all of our fighters to put effort into learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and/or wrestling techniques thoroughly.
